Chef Doug has 22 years of professional and international experience preparing fine cuisines in restaurants in Florida, New York, Russia, Ghana and the Ukraine. His breadth of experience and education equips him to prepare meals for every taste, culture, and budget. With the help of his wife Magdalena and son “junior chef” Tristan, Holy Smoke BBQ is a family-run business
